Graduation Forms

Congrats on making it to this point!

Students must fill out an Application for Graduation with the Student Records Office. Please refer to the appropriate section of the College catalog for additional information relative to graduation.

If you want your graduation application reviewed and the results sent to you before the start of the term, you must submit your completed application to the Student Records Office no later than 4:30 P.M. on the established priority deadline date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cap & Gown (optional)

Submit Cap & Gown Form by Saturday, October 10, 2026.

• Cap & Gown Order Forms will be sent electronically to students' ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ email address.
• If you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, submit the electronic form by the deadline.

 

Cap & Gown Distribution

Distribution begins Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

Pick up your diploma from Student Records on Morristown Campus.
